Almost every 15 days, I get a recommendation from Azure on indexes. They sometimes get reverted after I apply them.

I don't use DDS much in the project, so I don't think it's related to the code I wrote, but rather to what Episerver uses internally. There are more suggestions not related to DDS. How do you cope with this, do you ignore the suggestions, apply them whenever Azure suggests this or...?

I am not using DXC, but Azure directly.
