Potential Episerver bug: Image picker plays up

I cannot upload the screenshot but will try to describe it. Sometimes (not yesterday, but today and last week) when opening the image picker the images are indented. As per below.

Is this a bug in Episerver? Has anyone seen it and know why it appears?
