How long for an updated demo license?

Hey Everyone,

How long does it take for Sales@episerver.com to send you an updated license?  Mine needs to use the mac address instead of my IP.  I emailed them, but they have not gotten back to me after a few days.  Insights?

Hmm...  I get the following message, "The provided email has been issued a license for this product within the last 30 days".

Ahh, then you sadly need to contact support.
I would accually contact support@episerver.com instead of sales since then it will come into the system and be handled as a ticket.

Or, you send it to another address :)
