best method for keeping old urls after changing to new ones

I have a page that needs its url updated. I can change the url, but when a user goes to the old url, it returns a 404 page. What would be the best method of changing an existing page's url while the old url returns the page at the new url? I am using Epi 7.5.

I would recomment the 404 handler for this, see: https://github.com/Geta/404handler
