I did write them, but got no reply. I'll write again and see what happens!
If they do not answer I would mail to support@episerver.com and ask them to look into it.

I recently lost the ability generate developer licenses over at license.episerver.com.
I've tried contacting EpiServer support as well as our contact over at EpiServer and have not been able to get an answer, unfortunately.
Has anyone else had trouble recently with generating licenses? I'm assuming our company (VML) lost partner status or my account lost association with VML's partner account somehow which caused this, but I can't get confirmation on that.
Any help would be welcome!
