How to implements Azure AD B2B for CMS users and Azure B2C for end users

Hello Everyone,

I have a requirement Azure AD integration for CMS users and Azure B2C for end users.
Azure AD B2B has done for CMS users and it'd deployed to production. Now I need to do Azure AD B2C for end users?

Could someone advise on this with best practice?
