It uses Powerslice and Search and Navigation (previously known as Find).

Hi,
We are using Episerver CMS v11.4 hosted in Epi cloud. I wanted to check if we have any tool/plugin which can find unreferened images from blob storage in PRODUCTION environment and clean those. We are growing with lot of junk files in Asset pane. Something like https://world.episerver.com/blogs/Per-Nergard/Dates/2017/9/plugin-for-deleting-unreferenced-media/
I am not sure how performance wise it will affect the site as it will read values from database too, to check reference. The links I mentioned are moreover for lower environments and not Production. How much risk it is to have such tool implemented in Production?
