Restrict product to specific customers only
There is no access control for catalog content if that is what you mean. Depending on the exact requirements perhaps the market concept is a way forward. Otherwise you'd have to create your own filtering, e.g. by using a property on your content model to somehow define the target audiences and the implement your templates to filter by this property.

No one else can see that product or search it ?
