Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, the answers to both questions are no.
- Common Framework has not been updated before the concept of "language version" introduced for catalog content. Then no localization support for that.
I hope I'm wrong - I haven't touched CommonFramework for quite long.
We're moving away from CommonFramework then don't expect any update for it.

I faced the choice of choosing between using the CommonFramework rating/review system or rolling my own, and after some thinking, the latter was chosen.

Hi, I have 2 questions about rating for product:
1) We use rating for product. One product can be sold in different countries. Is it possible using standard API to rate 1 VariationItemContent for different languages? If yes, how to localize rates?
Currently all rates for different locales are aggregated in one rate and it doesn't fit our necessity.
2) How to remove rate from particular user using standard API?
Eg, I removed the comment on the Enoteca site, but the rate was not removed.
