Deleting any one address (billing or shipping) from cart, shipping method gets deleted

Deleting any one address (billing or shipping) from cart.orderAddresses, shipping method from cart.Orderforms[0] also gets deleted. I tried taking a backup of shipment and readding that. But that didn't work.
