Unfortunately no. It is not officially tested so it's not supported.
And if you are upgrading, why stop at 7.5?

Manjeera, the upgrade steps are covered in Episerver upgrade instructions (and the supported paths).
Same for Commerce.
Both instructions point to VPP migration instructions.

Is it possible to upgrade EPi 6 to EPi 7.5 through nuget packages instead of using deployment center.
EPiServer CMS 6.0 to EPiServer 7.5
EPiServer Commerce 1R2 SP2 to EPiServer 7.5
Also provide the steps for VPP migration.
