Site-specific shipping methods
Shipping methods are per language and can also be filtered by market. If that is not something you can use for your sites then you would have to use convention for them. For example system name with SiteA prefix means a shipping method for site A

Thank you for the quick response. Sounds too straightforward :). Thought there should be some custom parameters, providers, etc.

Can somebody advise how to make site-specific shipping methods.
In our case we have 2 site and 6 shipping methods. We want to show 3 of them on the one site and 3 other on the second one.
