Logging in Commerce Manager

Hi,

I can't seem to get the logging to work in Commerce Manager (v.11.3.0).

I followed your installation guide as described here: https://world.episerver.com/documentation/Items/Installation-Instructions/installing-episerver/#Commerce and haven't changed anything logging related but no error logging is happening.

I'm having a problem with deleting orders from within Commerce Manager (deletion fails with message "Failed to process item(s). Error: Workflow generated an exception, please look at the previous error for more details.") and need to find out what's going on.

  • Where are the error logs supposed to end up?
  • What steps do I take to troubleshoot why logging isn't happening?

Hi, make sure your Commerce Manager AppPool has sufficient access rights to 

App_Data\EPiServerErrors.log

The AppPool has full access to App_Data and EPiServerErrors.log. Still nothing. :(

Perhaps you can try to lower log level to ALL or information to see if any thing is logged?

If that does not work then you probably need to contact developer support service :)
