Is there a way to apply an order level credit calculated dynamically?
We are working on adding order exchange functionality to our system. The process goes like this: the customer picks what items wants to return, we calculate the retail of these items, and we would like to apply that retail as an order level discount to the items the customer chooses to replace the exchanged items with.
We don’t know the right way to handle credits with EPI.
