How do I change the URL from ex. xxx.aspx?id=999 to xxx____999.aspx?

You can change the type of links in the admin mode. Under System administration/Robot search select the radio box "Use links that allow search engines to crawl the website". This will change you site to use xxx___999.aspx instead of xxx.aspx?id=xxx.
