First I will strongly advice against the use of popup windows. Why? Almost all users will close that window as quick as they can because it's a common trick for advertisers, that is the users that don't have a popup blocker aktivated. So that anyone will see the content of the popup is unlikely. If you want to reach the users the method is to render the "window" in the actual HTML-page, if you whan't it to bee fancy it can be done with layers so it looks like a popup window.
