Data (content) migration

Hi, We want to migrate data from a CMS (non-Episerver) to another CMS (Episerver). Both CMS-es runs on a Oracle database. What would be the best way to approach this data migration ? I was thinking of extracting the necessary data from the non-Episerver CMS and then use the DataFactory webservice to populate the database. Thanks! Danie
