Set default "WriterName" property from logged in user

Is it possible to set the default value on my "WriterName" property from the name of the logged in user? I want this to happen automatically when an editor creates a new page in Edit mode so that the textbox is prefilled.

I found it by myself. I tapped into the EPDataFactory.LoadedDefaultPageData event.
