Linking to an anchor from edit form

Hi there! Is it possible, using the link properties dialog, to make a link point to an particular named anchor/bookmark in a page? For example, can I create a link to the P2 anchor in News/Story-2 (the URL would be http://localhost/News/Story-2#P2)? I can hard-code it by editing the HTML and using the friendly URL, but none of our editors would be able to do this. If that doesn't work, will using a # at the end of the /templates/newsPage.aspx work? Ie. http://localhost/templates/newsPage.aspx?id=100#P2
