'Simple address for this page' cuts off querystrings

Hello fellow episervians I have a site, with two different frontpages. on one of the front pages, i've defined a Simple address, under the advanced tab.. the problem is that when I type eg. www.mysite.com/secondFrontPage/?agentId=3232100 the agentId part never reaches the front page. it is simply left out, discarded and killed. Am I doing anything wrong or is this actually how it's suppose to work?
