How to enable/disable validators in an XForm?

Hi,

i have designed an xform to send an email having text fields to enter mailid(value must be entered) & mail content(value must be entered), submit & cancel buttons inside the xform. On the click of submit button the validators should be enabled and on the click of cancel button i need to disable the validators. How could i do it?
