Edit mode in slow motion IE7

Hi all,

I have a site running EPiServer CMS 5 where the edit and admin modes are really slow in IE 7. If I run FireFox 3 the edit and admin modes loads MUCH faster. I¨m beginning to think that some files are missing in the environment.

 Which file/s could it be? Anything else that is specific for IE concerning the edit and admin modes?
