Masterpages and ASP.Net controls

Hi!
I'm having problems with Episerver (CMS 5) and Masterpages. My Masterpage contains both standard html controls and also asp.net controls. When I view the pages in EPiServer editormode I only see the html controls from the masterpage. Somehow ASP.Net controls on Masterpages seems to be ignored?

That's weird... ASP.NET controls should defenitly work. Have you done any debugging? I've never run into this issue my self so I don't know any other good things to start with.

Perfect, I was afraid this was caused by some EpiServer feature! I'll focus on our code instead! Thanks for your reply Greger!!
