I want to be able to create a 'bank' of pages containing XForms to define quick polls. I then want to be able to reference the page on my home page to show the form and/or survey results. I can almost get this working, but I'm having problems with the form submission - it doesn't seem to fire consistently. Does anyone have some sample code that addresses the above scenario? TIA, Mark
