How to retrieve data (Demo package)?

I am playing with the Demo package for CMS 5, and I am wondering how do I retrieve data that is stored using templates with X-forms? For instance, at .../Collaborate/Contact/, there is a contact form. If I want to create a page for viewing submitted forms, how do I do this programmatically using EPiServer data APIs?
