Typical EPiServer CMS Build

Vote:

Hi - Am new to EPiServer.  Just wondering if any of you know the typical build time for an EPiServer website?  Very much a how-long-is-a-piece-of-string type question, but assuming that:

  1. Developer is competent with EPiServer
  2. Brochure-ware website i.e. no e-commerce, forums, etc.
  3. Spans about 30 pages
  4. Basic functionality like contact form, store finder

Would anybody know what the build-time in man-days is?

Thanks.

Any AJAX? Lots of tab-based stuff? Implementation of JQUERY or anything like that?

Anything like that lengthens the build time by my experience.

What about HTML? Is it already done and ready to be dragged in?

Do you include deployment and testing?

Will you have a lot of re-usable template content based on those 30 pages?

My ballpark figure based on this stuff would be around 3 months to release minimum.

With a simple design. (Meaning simple to imlement in html) And if the customer are only going to use the standard page types from EPiServer, you should be able to be done in a couple of weeks. (Ideal time, not counting management, etc etc etc)

Ah yes. That's the complete inverse of what I'm doing. :)
