Hi, I've just installed an evalution copy of EipServer and I'm looking into what I can do with it.

One thing I'm trying to do is to create pages with dynamic controls. I'm wanting to share components over different sites and the user should be able to select what components go on what pages and also determine the order of the components.

So far my structure consists of:

Root Folder

   Main Site
   Micro Site
   Generic Components

So I only have one instance of the component and they only need to change the content once. The user will be able to create as many generic components as they wish.

Has anyone done something like this before?

So far I'm trying to use a Link Collection type to be able point to existing components, which only gives a dynamic url back. Is it possible to get the PageId from these dynamic urls?

Also seen the inserting of dynamic content into a text field, so I could insert the page guid property and somehow iterate through them.

Or is there a better way of doing this?
