Visual version changes in frontend? "Track changes"

I'm looking for a way to implemenr "version handling" in front end. The problem I'm facing is a client that needs to visualize changes in content from previous published version of the page. The reason is that the client is certified and the certification requires that changes in internal  processes are  clearly visual. So if the process is changed and the text on the page is updated the new text shall be marked red. There is version handling in edit mode and that should be possible ti use?

Anyone have any ide?

I suggest you have a look at the plug in used to generate the visual differences in Edit mode. This is a good place to start but you will have to do some digging from there on in:

C:\Program Files\EPiServer\CMS\6.0.530.0\Application\UI\CMS\Edit\PageCompare
