We have a one multilingual website with 16 languages. For one or many websites sometimes the page suddenly becomes blank ,a white page. One of the developer recycled the app pool and it brought back the page, but only with the header (with categories) and footer. There was no main content available.I then browsed the other regions and it was the same across all sites. Developer recycled all the app pools, cleared any temp files and they came back.
