I have a simple custom property, which should validate empty input. The code is the same as suggested here:

This property also needed to be used in Dynamic Content and that’s where the problem is. The moment you select dynamic content module, window opens and validation fires straight away. Also the error displays twice.

Is there anything wrong with the implementation or it works different with dynamic content?
