I think that a lot of people sign-up for the exam through the company they work for, so the Purchase Order/ Invoice Reference would make sense in that scenerio. As far as I know, it's not a required field. When I signed up for the remote exam, I filled out the form and left that blank. I received an email with payment instructions after I signed up. Hope this helps!

I am on the remote certification exam sign up page. I would like to know what is the "Purchase Order/ Invoice Reference" field. I don't have a purchase order, where can I pay the exam price.
