Click through rate is 0% in Searches without relevant hits
Hi, We did implement ClickTracking and we are able to track clicks but still in "Searches without relevant hits" section we see click through rate is 0% for all search phrases. I couldnt find any documentation related to this issue so please share any information on how to fix this.
