Problems with link tool (4.51)

Lately a cutomer has reported strange behavoiur in the "insert link" dialog, or more correctly the result of this process: (For the relevant site the config setting "Use DIV instead of P" is activated) When inserting a link somewhere in the text the link itself is sometimes inserted inside a

tag. When this is the case it sometimes happen that the link is not correctly terminated with a closing

tag, and the code generated looks like this:

The result is that any text entered in the editor below or after the link, is treated as an extension of the link and marked as clickable text. Is this a known issue, or can it be a result of a configuration error?

I have been trying to reproduce the behavior you're describing, but so far I haven't been able to. Your description says that this happens "sometimes". Could you be more specific? We would need a step by step list of actions that lead to this error to give you an answer. Best regards, Sarah Larsson
