Installing 4.5/Admin id validation problem

When installing and setting the adminstrator user id there was an error in the validation of the user id. It said something like There must be at least 2 charactes in the name. The problem was that there was about 7 characters in the id. Then I entered a very long userid and the validation error disappeared.
