"New" in menu without "Create"-rights

I have a user group of editors that is not allowed to create pages. The problem is that the menu option "New" is showing up anyway in the menu when right-clicking on a page. When "New" is chosen, an error page appears telling that the necessary rights are missing. EPiServer version 4.5 /René
