Indexer / Bluescreen

Hello, we had the following problem on a production server: each time the Episerver indexing function tried to index a certain file on the server, the whole server bluescreened. The file in question was an exe-file within a mail file that had had its extension changed from ".exe" to ".avb" by eTrust antivirus. The problem was fixed by deleting the file in question. Our customer wants affirmation that such a thing won't happen again. is there anything we can do in regards with the indexing service to stop something like this from happening again? Has anyone else experienced this? Can't the Indexer handle corrupt files? Yours AndreasK
