Quotation marks (") in link headings

Our customer reports that since upgrading to 4.51, they get error messages when including quotation marks in the link headings.
Also a job that regularly goes through all links crashes when it reaches links that include quotation marks in the link text
any ideas?

I get this error when I have quotation marks in link headings. is this a problem with EPiServer?
