Friendly URLs not working in EPiServer 4.61 after wildcard mapping in IIS för EPiServer CMS

To make friendly urls work in EPiServer CMS, you have to add a wildcard mapping in IIS. After you do this, friendly urls work fine in EPi CMS - but not in EPiServer 4.61.
If you delete the wildcard mapping from IIS, friendly urls will work in EPiServer 4.61 again.
