Friendly URL in SP2

We have a problem with non-friendly urls on a site configured to run with friendly url. The problem is that whenever a page is loaded with the id-based link (for instance http://website/Templates/Article.aspx?id=52&epslanguage=sv) the CurrentPage property has the value of the startpage of the site, and not the value of the requested page. Is this a known bug in SP2? Is it a configuration issue? What can i do to get around this problem?

The site is running CMS 5 with SP2 and multiple language support.

After some investingation I found a similar bug in the Reported bug list with ID 9291. Probably the same cause as my bug.
