I've been working with the SearchDataSource class to retrieve results based on keywords entered and this works well...almost too well in fact.
On our site we have a number of different PageTypes(Templates) setup all with unique PageTypeId's of course. What I want to be able to do is exclude some of these PageTypes from my searchresults. Some of them are custom page types which we use for merely showing a list of 'related links' for example and there is no relevence in showing this as a searchresult.
I've looked at the PageTypeID property of SearchDataSource but I reckon I would have to include a list of pagetypeids here and its not dynamic enough to meet my needs. The structure of the site is such that these templates for exclusion sit at parent and child level.
