Visitor Group content not being indexed by Find on CMS 7

Hello

I am working currently on an EPiServer CMS 7 instance and have noticed that Find does not index page content to which a visitor group has been applied.

We have a MainBody xhtml property on a page and part of the content on this property is personalised by means of a visitor group.

Any searches on content not within the vistor group is retrieved by Find as expected, however, searches on content within the visitor group is not retrieved by Find. On investigating further, I noticed that content within the visitor group is not even indexed by Find.

Is this the expected behaviour?

My understanding is that Find indexes all content on the page and content not applicable to a visitor group is filtered out using the FilterForVisitor method.

Please can someone clarify?
