Customer groups not updating in CMS
Only hint I can give you is to verify your remote events, as far as I know all cache invalidation is dependant on them.
I reported COM-6776 but we are unfortunately still in the process of upgrading to Commerce 12 so haven't verified the fix.

Hi,
We are experienceing this bug with commerce 12.9.1 and CMS 11.10.4.0 (and it should haven been fixed in commerce 12.1)
