How can I redirect to a specific page when I delete a block?

When I am editing a block and then move it to the recycle bin.

It will jump to the homepage.

I want to jump to a specific page, like the following:

Do you want to jump to that page when deleting any block type? Or you want to specify to which page to jump per block type? Or you want to jump to parent page where block was used? Do you want this to happen only when you are editing the block?
