Steps to Reproduce 1. Log in as an admin user. 2. Navigate to Admin -> Access Rights -> Administer Users. 3. Start typing rapidly in the search field. 4. Observe that some characters are not registered by the search field.
Expected Result The search field should accurately capture and reflect all characters typed by the user, regardless of typing speed.
