Search Field Loses Characters During Rapid Typing in Admin Access Rights

Summary
When rapidly typing in the search field under the Admin, Access Rights, and Administer Users sections, characters are lost if the system is handling a large list of users (1000+).

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log in as an admin user.
2. Navigate to Admin -> Access Rights -> Administer Users.
3. Start typing rapidly in the search field.
4. Observe that some characters are not registered by the search field.

Expected Result
The search field should accurately capture and reflect all characters typed by the user, regardless of typing speed.

Actual Result
When typing rapidly in the search field, some characters are not registered or displayed, leading to incomplete search terms.

Severity
Low - This issue affects the usability but does not prevent the core functionality of administering users.

Frequency
Consistent - This issue occurs every time rapid typing is performed in the search field when there is a large list of users (1000+).

Additional Information
- This issue has been reported by multiple admin users.
- The bug seems to be more prevalent when the list of users exceeds 1000.

Possible Workaround
Slowing down the typing speed seems to alleviate the issue, but this is not a practical long-term solution.
