I would reach out to Optimizely support on this one.
Are you seeing the 'MissingMethodException' in you logs?
It looks as though it can't find 'AddSetting' from the tinymce although I can see on the documentation that it should be there.
Might be good to clear out bin folders and stuff just incase.

I upgraded few days back from 12.15.x to 12.20.x its working fine for me, try to re-install 12.20.x again and then check.

Hi,
I am getting following exception when I try to edit the page in CMS
This exception started after I upgraded CMS from 12.18.0 to 12.20.0. Is this a bug or do I need to do any changes for migration according to latest version.
