Use master content property value while Language/Branch does not have values

Hi,

I have recently enabled CultureSpecific for few properties, With that whwn we create new language copy its coping the master content value.

However for the existing block the master values got cleared in Language content.

Any sussgestions to ratain those values OR Use master content property value while Language/Branch does not have values?
