Design for episerver form elements

Hello,

I am trying to use episerver forms. I am using the version 4.6.1 due to compatibility issue with my episerver version.

Does the out of the box elements doesn't have bootstrap design for fields? If I need to create the look and feel like bootstrap field I have to creeate partial view for each element and add css classes? Or is there any other way around as well?
