After dxc migration getting error in form submission
Please try to reproduce the error on local machine. And send us a support case, we can investigate deeper.

We are not able to produce this error on local machine. we are getting errors as below on production site while submitting any form and those form were working fine before migration.
1) Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
2) Note that 'script-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'script-src' is used as a fallback.
3) 'strict-dynamic' is present, so host-based whitelisting is disabled.

After dxc migration getting error in form submission:
1) HTTP500: SERVER ERROR - The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. (XHR)POST
2) WebSocket Error: Network Error 12030, The connection with the server was terminated abnormally
