Text of selected option in select list in Email template, not just value

So we are sending an email after form submission. The form contains on of two select lists, single choice.
We can use ::MySelectList:: to get the selected option's value.
Is it possible to also get the text of the selected option in some way OOTB?
Using Forms 5.8.2 (same version for UI) on CMS 12.29.1
