Adding addition fields to UnifiedSearchResults

Hi,

I wondering in the forum can help, I'm using the UnifiedSearchResults way of returning my search results and I want to know if there is a way to for the results to return custom fields other that the Title, Summary, URL. I know you can do this with the older appraoch to find but for the life of me can't find any resources on how to do this with UnifiedSearchResults.

Any help would be greatly appraciated.

I would also like to know this. I have defined some custom properties on some pages and would like to filter/facet on these properties. How is this done?
